Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Time:

• Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Same Day Delivery: Available for select products and locations. Orders placed under this category cannot be returned or canceled.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once processing is complete.

Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Right of Return: We allow a 5-day return period for products you are not satisfied with, starting from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon. There is no return or cancellation for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

Return Process:

1. Return the product in its original, complete condition.
2. Damaged products, products not in their original packaging, or products with packaging worn beyond simply opening will not be refunded.
3. Send the merchandise by registered post and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
4. Shipping fees for returns remain the customer’s responsibility.
